Cassandra helped us sort out a 5km husky sleigh ride at short notice after we were let down by someone else. I was so worried we weren’t going to get something booked & this was the main thing my husband wanted to do whilst we were in Lapland. Cassandra was highly efficient & lovely & friendly. I’d highly recommend her.
Cassandra has been like a fairy godmother coming to my rescue when I stupidly panic bought flights without checking accommodation availability! She patiently suggested a number of options in a variety of areas, answering my numerous questions and then securing an excellent property for us. Her local knowledge of the area, activities and smaller companies meant we were able to secure amazing activities where we knew the animals were well cared for and met some wonderful local families. Cassandra continued to be available and very responsive for advice throughout the 3 months leading up to and during our trip. I will be recommending all my friends considering a trip to Lapland link in with Cassandra to source accommodation and activities and will definitely use her for our next visit. My only concern is how am I going to find a 'Cassandra' when I book trips elsewhere?!
